Nihonsakari Co., Ltd. produces sake in “Nada” located in Hyogo Prefecture, the top sake brewing regions in Japan. Nada has an ideal environment for sake brewing due to good quality sake rice; “Miyamizu Water” from a natural spring in Nishinomiya City; the cold winds blowing down the Rokko Mountains which keeps the fermentation at the right temperature; and skilled master brewers called “Tamba Toji”.
